Dave Janis joined The Jonus Group in September of 2016. Dave was originally brought on as part of our direct hire team in the Midwest, but helped build out our new Contract Hire division shortly after that. In addition to being our most seasoned contract recruiter, Dave brings with him a true passion for Philadelphia sports. During the roller coaster ride that was the Philadelphia 76er’s season, Dave once tweeted at Sixers co-owner Scottie O’Neal and ended up with a reply that left Dave speechless. (Dave jumped the gun anticipating a Sixer’s loss, only for the team to rally and Scottie to raz Dave publicly.)
His passion for Philadelphia sports is not the only thing he is passionate about. Dave also graduated from Penn State with a degree in Business Management and continues to follow the football team. With a new season upcoming, he is loving the fact they have landed several top recruits and had an awesome second half last year, including a thrilling bowl game.
Dave is happily engaged and getting married in December. He spends time with his fiancé cooking and going to the beach in the summer.
