​I’ve spent the past two years in recruitment, connecting top talent with top opportunities, and a little over a year specifically in the insurance space. I love how much there is to learn in this industry—I pick up something new every day from my clients, candidates, and colleagues. Building relationships, solving hiring challenges, and matching the right people with the right roles is truly my favorite part of what I do.
