Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant serves as a key operational support partner to leadership, acting as a central point of coordination for daily activities and communication flow. Responsibilities
- Answer and triage incoming phone calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Manage and coordinate complex schedules and calendar requests
- Monitor and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day operations
- Maintain clear and consistent communication across internal stakeholders
- Support leadership with standard executive assistant–level responsibilities
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with standard office technology and productivity tools
Compensation Package
- Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 annually
