Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant serves as a key operational support partner to leadership, acting as a central point of coordination for daily activities and communication flow. Responsibilities include managing communications, coordinating schedules, and supporting the seamless execution of administrative operations. Responsibilities

  • Answer and triage incoming phone calls in a professional and efficient manner
  • Manage and coordinate complex schedules and calendar requests
  • Monitor and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day operations
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication across internal stakeholders
  • Support leadership with standard executive assistant–level responsibilities
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with standard office technology and productivity tools

Compensation Package

  • Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 annually
