Agency Sales Leader
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join a team as an Agency Sales Leader. This executive-level position, and involves managing carrier relationships, supporting the agents and sales team, and contributing to the growth and success of the agency. The ideal candidate will be a polished and dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales and marketing within the insurance industry. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $150,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with carriers and brokers
- Oversee and ensure compliance with carrier volume requirements
- Support personal and commercial lines producers as a sales leader and resource
- Accompany sales agents on client calls to provide expertise and guidance
- Potentially manage a personal book of business
- Contribute to the agency's leadership team, including administrative responsibilities such as signing checks
- Assist in placing business and managing marketing efforts
- Drive agency growth through strategic planning and execution
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: Significant experience in sales leadership within the insurance industry, with a focus on personal and commercial lines
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 and ImageRight software preferred
- Location: Must be local to New Orleans and able to work in-office daily
