Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $40,000 - $45,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming phone calls and client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Manage billing, filing, and administrative tasks to support daily operations
  • Assist with pulling and organizing documents for personal and commercial lines accounts
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Utilize EPIC software for record-keeping and workflow management

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Education & Experience: Open to candidates with varying levels of experience; prior experience in insurance or customer service is a plus
  • Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred but not required
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with EPIC software is advantageous
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
