Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $40,000 - $45,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls and client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Manage billing, filing, and administrative tasks to support daily operations
- Assist with pulling and organizing documents for personal and commercial lines accounts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Utilize EPIC software for record-keeping and workflow management
Qualifications/Requirements
- Education & Experience: Open to candidates with varying levels of experience; prior experience in insurance or customer service is a plus
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred but not required
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with EPIC software is advantageous
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
