This position is fully remote with limited travel, offering flexibility and the tools you need to succeed.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $150,000 – $300,000 annually, commensurate with experience and performance.
• Equipment Provided: All necessary tools and equipment for remote work will be supplied.

Responsibilities

• Generate a minimum of $100,000 in annual revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to provide clients with the best possible advice and services.
• Represent the company in a professional manner during client interactions and limited travel engagements.

Qualifications/Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a preference for candidates with 5-10 years of experience.
• Active Life and Health (L&H) license is required.
• Proven track record of generating significant revenue and achieving sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience working with top brokers or a demonstrated ability to excel in sales is highly desirable.
