Commercial Lines Account Executive – Remote for NY Candidates
Must hold an active P&C insurance license, know EPIC management system and have contractor experience

Base Salary: $100,000-$120,000

 

A growing national agency is seeking a Commercial Lines Team Lead – a detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance coverage, including experience with both admitted and non-admitted carriers. This role supports an established book of business and requires strong client service, coverage expertise, and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an established commercial lines book of business across multiple coverage lines, including construction-related accounts.
• Handle new and renewal business, including coverage reviews, endorsements, and policy accuracy checks.
• Prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and other client documentation.
• Maintain strong client relationships through responsive, high-quality service.
• Support sales efforts and contribute to overall revenue retention and growth.
• Apply problem-solving techniques to issues related to cancellations, claims, renewals, audits, receivables, and carrier communications.
• Work independently or collaboratively to support team goals and operational efficiency.

 

Qualifications/Requirements

• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
• Prior experience in a commercial brokerage environment.
• Background managing a diverse commercial lines book of business.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Experience reviewing insurance contracts for accuracy.
• Proficiency with agency management software (such as TAM or EPIC).
