Claims Adjuster

 

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster to join a growing team. This role involves managing Workers’ Compensation claims from inception to closure. Candidates must have strong knowledge of Workers’ Compensation law and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Workers’ Compensation claims, including indemnity claims, from start to finish
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and timely resolution of claims
  • Collaborate with clients, claimants, and vendors to facilitate claim handling
  • Provide accurate documentation and maintain detailed claim files

 

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience handling Workers’ Compensation claims, including indemnity claims
  • Active California certification required
  • SIP certification HIGHLY preferred
  • California Adjuster’s License
  • Willingness to travel twice a year for in-person client meetings
  • Municipality or government claims handling experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills

 

Compensation Package:

  • Salary range: $80,000 – $95,000 annually (depending on experience)
  • Comprehensive benefits package
