Claims Adjuster
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster to join a growing team. This role involves managing Workers’ Compensation claims from inception to closure. Candidates must have strong knowledge of Workers’ Compensation law and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Workers’ Compensation claims, including indemnity claims, from start to finish
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and timely resolution of claims
- Collaborate with clients, claimants, and vendors to facilitate claim handling
- Provide accurate documentation and maintain detailed claim files
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience handling Workers’ Compensation claims, including indemnity claims
- Active California certification required
- SIP certification HIGHLY preferred
- California Adjuster’s License
- Willingness to travel twice a year for in-person client meetings
- Municipality or government claims handling experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
Compensation Package:
- Salary range: $80,000 – $95,000 annually (depending on experience)
