Claims Administrator - Multi-Line Adjuster (WC/GL/Property Damage + BI, Commercial Auto)

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Claims Administrator to join a team as a property and casualty claims advocate. In this role, you will work closely with Risk Advisors to provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring prompt and fair handling of claims. You will act as a trusted expert, resolving issues and developing action plans for high-exposure claims. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000 annually (based on qualifications and experience)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a property and casualty claims advocate for clients, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Handle claims across multiple lines, including Workers' Compensation (WC), General Liability (GL), Commercial Auto, Property Damage, and Bodily Injury.
  • Develop action plans for high-exposure claims and ensure accurate reserve and claims handling.
  • Collaborate with insurance adjusters to achieve optimal claim resolutions.
  • Conduct claim review meetings and provide insights to clients and Risk Advisors.
  • Analyze loss history, experience modifications, and claims reports to identify trends and recommend strategies to reduce risks.
  • Mentor and support Associate Claims Administrators.
  • Maintain professionalism and build trusted relationships with clients, Risk Advisors, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • A combination of education and experience, typically including a high school diploma or bachelor’s degree, and a minimum of 5 years in property and casualty insurance.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverage and claims processes.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of ModMaster and basic concepts is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a caseload of 100-125 claims.
  • Willingness to be client-facing and work with industries such as construction, manufacturing, transportation, hospitality, and retail.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various locations as needed.
