Client Administrative Assistant – Wealth Management
A boutique wealth management firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Administrative Assistant to join the team. This role is integral to enhancing the client experience by providing exceptional operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors. The position offers a dynamic environment where precision, professionalism, and client satisfaction are paramount.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide operational and administrative support to Advisors and Relationship Managers.
- Schedule and coordinate in-person meetings and virtual conferences.
- Manage tasks within client relationship management software.
- Document and execute workflows, including meeting notes and database updates.
- Process fund requests, account applications, transfers, and other client/account-related needs.
- Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a professional services or financial setting.
- Minimum of 3 years in an administrative support role, preferably in financial services or wealth management.
- Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM) software.
- Proven experience managing client-facing tasks with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Experience supporting high-net-worth clientele preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to learn and follow established systems, processes, and workflows.
- Positive attitude, resourcefulness, and strong problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Dependable with a team-oriented mindset.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $55,000 – $70,000 (based on experience).
