Job Summary

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join the team. This role acts as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service while assisting with various account-related activities. Responsible for building strong client relationships by ensuring needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Ideal candidates excel in multi-tasking, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality service.


Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring accurate entry and updates of client details in the system.
  • Deliver timely resolutions to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to streamline workflows related to account management and service delivery.
  • Prepare and review client reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client services and propose innovative solutions.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and policies to better serve clients.
  • Build and foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Previous experience in client services, account management, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across various audiences.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other account management tools.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality.
  • A collaborative and positive attitude with a willingness to work in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license, or willingness to obtain.
