### Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our team. The Commercial Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management and a deep understanding of commercial insurance products and services. 

### Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and advise on suitable products and coverage options
-  Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with underwriters and other internal teams to ensure client needs are met
- Develop and implement strategies to retain and expand the commercial client base
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance products and regulations

### Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in commercial account management, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in AMS: Applied EPIC and other relevant software
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist) are a plus

### Day-to-day
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective client service
- Researching and staying informed about industry trends and changes in insurance products and regulations
- Attending client meetings and industry events to build and maintain relationships
- Managing client renewals and identifying opportunities for account expansion
