Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and professional Personal & Commercial Lines Account Representative to join a team on a full-time basis. As a family-owned and operated insurance agency with over 63 years of experience, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and fostering a supportive work environment.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service personal and commercial lines insurance accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist clients with inquiries, claims, and policy-related questions.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet agency goals and deadlines.
  • Utilize computer systems, including MS Office, to manage client information and documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and maintain compliance.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • NYS Insurance License (required for full-time position).
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
