Personal & Commercial Lines Account Representative
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and professional Personal & Commercial Lines Account Representative to join a team on a full-time basis. As a family-owned and operated insurance agency with over 63 years of experience, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and fostering a supportive work environment.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage and service personal and commercial lines insurance accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist clients with inquiries, claims, and policy-related questions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet agency goals and deadlines.
- Utilize computer systems, including MS Office, to manage client information and documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and maintain compliance.
Qualifications/Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- NYS Insurance License (required for full-time position).
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
