Job Title: Personal Lines Account Manager
Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This position is a key part of the Personal Lines department, which includes the Sales, Quoting Specialist, and CSR teams. Need a dedicated individual to manage a variety of account servicing tasks, including policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and more. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in personal lines and is looking to bring their skills to a well-established agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Servicing: Handle all servicing needs for personal lines accounts, including policy changes, endorsements, and general inquiries.
- Renewals: Manage account renewals and ensure that all necessary documentation is processed.
- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to address their questions, needs, and concerns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team and Quoting Specialists to ensure a seamless experience for clients and prospects.
Required Qualifications:
- License: Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines account servicing. Looking for someone who can hit the ground running and doesn't require extensive training.
- Skills: Strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Software: Experience with Epic is a huge plus, but not mandatory.
