Commercial Lines Account Manager (Small Commercial / Select Business Unit)

Job Summary

Compensation Package

  • SBU Role: $60,000 annually
  • Middle Market Role: $55,000 - $60,000 annually (vendor certificate experience required)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a portfolio of commercial accounts within the Small Business Unit or Middle Market.
  • Handle vendor certificates and ensure compliance with client requirements.
  • Utilize Applied Epic software to manage client information and workflows efficiently.
  • Provide responsive and organized client service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless onboarding and training for new clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
  • Experience with vendor certificates is mandatory for the Middle Market role.
  • Proficiency in Applied Epic software is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience as an assistant or seasoned Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) is ideal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
