Commercial Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a large regional agency known for its exceptional culture and commitment to professional growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in servicing and marketing small to large market commercial accounts. This position requires a Property & Casualty (P&C) license and at least 2 years of relevant experience. After completing a 90-day onsite training period, this role transitions to a hybrid work model, allowing up to three days of remote work per week with approval.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
  • Bonus: Up to 7% performance-based bonus
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package offered
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid work model after 90 days of onsite training (up to 3 days remote per week with approval)
  • Travel Requirements: Minimal travel (approximately 5%)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a portfolio of small to large market commercial accounts.
  • Handle the quoting process for new and renewal business.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
  • Participate in marketing efforts to grow the business and expand the client base.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial account management, with a focus on service and marketing.
  • Proficiency in using Applied EPIC software or similar systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A proactive and client-focused approach to account management.
