Commercial Lines Account Manager – Remote
Summary:
An established insurance agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join its team. This position focuses on servicing large and complex commercial accounts while delivering exceptional client support and maintaining strong carrier and partner relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and service a designated book of commercial business in accordance with agency standards.
- Advise clients on coverage options, exposures, and risk management solutions.
- Coordinate renewals, policy changes, endorsements, and invoicing.
- Review policies and coverages for accuracy and appropriate rating.
- Prepare proposals, summaries, certificates, and related documentation.
- Market and quote new and renewal business, ensuring competitive placement.
- Collaborate strategically with producers and leadership to retain and grow accounts.
- Maintain accurate records within the agency management system.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with carriers, partners, and vendors.
- Assist with special projects or initiatives as directed by management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing large commercial accounts in an agency or brokerage setting.
- Strong understanding of the Florida commercial insurance market.
- Holds an active 2-20 license.
- Proficiency with Applied Epic or similar agency management software preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Compensation:
- $70,000–$80,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits and remote flexibility.
