Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join a close-knit team. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of middle-market accounts, with a strong focus on the construction industry. Compensation Package
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage a $1.4 million revenue book of business, with 60-70% focused on construction accounts
- Handle all aspects of account management, including marketing, policy changes, and servicing accounts from start to finish ("soup to nuts")
- Collaborate with an Assistant and Account Executive (AE) to ensure seamless service delivery
- Work closely with the VP/Account Executive to meet client needs and agency goals
- Maintain and grow relationships with middle-market clients, with an average account size of $150,000 in premium
- Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts effectively (preferred but not required)
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of middle-market accounts
- Familiarity with construction-related accounts is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Applied Epic software is a plus
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A proactive and client-focused approach to account management
