Commercial Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to supporting the expanding book of business and maintaining the commitment to exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines, a proven ability to manage accounts effectively, and a passion for cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 annually (up to $70,000 for candidates with exceptional experience)

- Work Arrangement: Fully onsite for the first 6-12 months, with the potential for a hybrid schedule thereafter
- Travel: Required for producers
Responsibilities
- Manage a $4 million book of business, focusing on small to mid-sized commercial accounts
- Handle daily tasks such as remarketing, preparing ACORD forms, and issuing Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
- Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing clients
- Collaborate with producers and other team members to deliver exceptional client service
- Transition to new agency management software (EPIC) in May 2026
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of commercial lines experience in an agency setting
- Account Management: Proven ability to manage accounts of varying sizes effectively
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with AgencyMatrix software is preferred; willingness to transition to EPIC software is required
- Work Ethic: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to client management
