Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to manage small to mid-market commercial accounts and provide exceptional service to the valued clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance and proficiency in EPIC software. This is a fully in-office position, offering a collaborative and professional work environment.

Compensation Package

• Salary: Up to $60,000 annually (non-negotiable)

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to a portfolio of small to mid-market commercial accounts.
• Manage day-to-day account servicing, including policy renewals, endorsements, and client inquiries.
• Quote new and renewal business as required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in EPIC software.
• Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial lines insurance.
• Proficiency in EPIC software is required.
• Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully in-office environment.
