Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with the producer, managing middle-market, generalist accounts.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

- Work Schedule: Hybrid (remote work on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and every other Friday).
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of middle-market, generalist commercial lines accounts.
- Collaborate exclusively with one producer to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using Sagitta (Vertafore) software.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in commercial lines account management, preferably with middle-market accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Sagitta (Vertafore) software is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain a client-focused approach.
- Work Environment: Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, with remote work on designated days.
