Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM)

Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually
- Benefits: Comprehensive insurance coverage, including health, dental, and vision

- Paid Time Off: Generous vacation and holiday schedule (negotiable)
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, ranging from small to large markets.
- Handle daily account servicing tasks, including policy changes, endorsements, and client inquiries.
- Assist with quoting and processing renewal business as needed.
- Collaborate with centralized departments for specialty risk products, bonds, and marketing support.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using EPIC software.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, producers, and internal teams.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years as a licensed Customer Service Representative (CSR) in the insurance industry.
- Familiarity with servicing a mix of small, mid, and large market accounts.
- Proficiency in EPIC software or similar agency management systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, family-oriented, and fast-paced environment.
