Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and specialized insurance environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial lines insurance and a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 (commensurate with experience) + new business commission opportunities
  • Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote after training)
  • Travel: No travel required

Responsibilities

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, specializing in cigar-related businesses.
  • Handle all aspects of account management, including quoting, binding, and servicing new and renewal business ("soup to nuts").
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications/Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:

  • Licensure/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license highly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial lines insurance; experience with captive insurance is a plus.
  • Account Management: Familiarity with managing accounts up to $50,000 in size.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software or similar platforms.
  • Work Ethic: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work well within a small, close-knit team environment.
