Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in supporting the expanding client base and ensuring the seamless management of a diverse portfolio of small to middle-market accounts. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in commercial insurance, a proactive approach to advising producers, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. This is a fully in-office position, offering an opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team of professionals.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually (targeting $85,000)
- 401(k): 4% company match

Responsibilities
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a book of business with accounts ranging from $1,000 to $500,000 in premium size.
- Quoting new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to producers on client accounts.
- Handling a variety of accounts, including small to middle-market generalist books and some marine accounts.
- Utilizing EPIC software to manage client information and streamline processes.
- Collaborating with a team of 15+ professionals to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide strategic advice to producers.
- Work Environment: This is a fully in-office position. Candidates must be able to work on-site.
