Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and team-oriented organization. This role is pivotal in managing a diverse portfolio of agricultural accounts, ensuring exceptional client service, and contributing to the growth of the business. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative spirit to the team.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage a book of business.
  • Handle renewals, marketing, and new business development for agricultural accounts.
  • Quote new and renewal business as required.
  • Collaborate with assistants and account managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Utilize AMS360 software for account management and documentation.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all client interactions.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar role preferred (preferably with agricultural accounts).
  • Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of AMS360 is essential.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Self-starter with a "go-getter" attitude.
    • Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
