Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and team-oriented organization. This role is pivotal in managing a diverse portfolio of agricultural accounts, ensuring exceptional client service, and contributing to the growth of the business. Compensation Package
- Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Effectively manage a book of business.
- Handle renewals, marketing, and new business development for agricultural accounts.
- Quote new and renewal business as required.
- Collaborate with assistants and account managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Utilize AMS360 software for account management and documentation.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all client interactions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar role preferred (preferably with agricultural accounts).
- Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of AMS360 is essential.
- Soft Skills:
- Self-starter with a "go-getter" attitude.
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
