Job Summary
Looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager/Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing a diverse book of business, servicing accounts, and collaborating with a dedicated team to ensure client satisfaction.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually + bonus potential

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business with mid- to large-sized accounts.
- Service accounts across various industries, including contractors, manufacturing, transportation, and real estate.
- Collaborate with a team that handles certificates, loss runs, and claims, as well as a junior account manager for additional support.
- Quote new and renewal business as needed.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in commercial insurance preferred.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse book of business and work independently.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with AMS360 is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
