Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in managing a diverse portfolio of middle-market accounts, including living facilities, non-profits, and daycares. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in account management, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business with a focus on middle-market accounts.
- Handle renewals and assist with quoting new business.
- Process Certificates of Insurance (COI), endorsements, and other policy-related tasks.
- Collaborate with producers on new business marketing efforts.
- Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.
- Coordinate with outsourcing resources to streamline administrative tasks.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all client requests and deliverables.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role; experience with EPIC software is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to perform under high-stress situations while maintaining professionalism.
