Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance and account management, with the ability to provide excellent client service and support commercial insurance clients with their diverse needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and develop tailored insurance solutions
- Work closely with insurance carriers to negotiate terms, pricing, and coverage options
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide clients with informed advice
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals in a timely and accurate manner
- Effectively communicate with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for account growth and retention
Qualifications/Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred
- Previous HOA, Condo, and single-family home experience is required
- Required Agency Management System experience: EPIC
- Proven experience in commercial insurance account management
- Strong understanding of insurance products, coverages, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $70k-$80k (based on experience)
