Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager (CL AM) to join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the producers and sales executives in managing a diverse portfolio of middle-market accounts, including Executive Risk (D&O, EPLI, Cyber, Crime, etc.). The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in professional lines, exceptional organizational skills, and a client-focused approach. This is a hybrid position, offering a blend of remote and in-office work.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).
- Paid Time Off (PTO): Negotiable.

Responsibilities
- Manage a generalist book of middle-market accounts, focusing on Executive Risk lines such as D&O, EPLI, Cyber, and Crime.
- Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate closely with producers, sales executives, and account coordinators to deliver exceptional client service.
- Handle administrative tasks related to policy management, endorsements, and renewals.
- Utilize agency management software (transitioning to EPIC in April) to maintain accurate records and streamline workflows.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on coverage options and risk management strategies.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional lines, with a strong understanding of Executive Risk products.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in agency management software; experience with EPIC is a plus.
