Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager (CL AM) to join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the producers and sales executives in managing a diverse portfolio of middle-market accounts, including Executive Risk (D&O, EPLI, Cyber, Crime, etc.). The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in professional lines, exceptional organizational skills, and a client-focused approach. This is a hybrid position, offering a blend of remote and in-office work.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Negotiable.
  • Work Environment: Hybrid (remote and in-office).
  • Equipment: Provided for remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a generalist book of middle-market accounts, focusing on Executive Risk lines such as D&O, EPLI, Cyber, and Crime.
  • Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate closely with producers, sales executives, and account coordinators to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to policy management, endorsements, and renewals.
  • Utilize agency management software (transitioning to EPIC in April) to maintain accurate records and streamline workflows.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on coverage options and risk management strategies.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional lines, with a strong understanding of Executive Risk products.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in agency management software; experience with EPIC is a plus.
