Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role involves supporting Account Managers in managing a diverse book of business, including contractors, agriculture, and crop accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Compensation Package
- Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers in managing small to middle-market accounts across various industries, including contractors, agriculture, and crop insurance.
- Provide administrative support, including policy documentation, endorsements, and renewals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Utilize EPIC software to maintain and update client records.
- Communicate effectively with clients and carriers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Support the quoting process for new and renewal business as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an Assistant in a commercial insurance environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
