Commercial Lines CSR

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment with a strong company culture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial lines insurance, with expertise in handling a variety of accounts, particularly in transportation.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $52,000 - $65,000 (depending on experience)
  • Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily client service tasks, including billing, change requests, certificates, claims reporting, and renewals.
  • Occasionally remarket and quote new pieces of business.
  • Handle new and renewal business quoting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of commercial lines experience; 3+ years preferred.
  • Software Proficiency: EPIC software experience is mandatory.
  • Account Expertise: Generalist experience with a strong preference for candidates with transportation account knowledge.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
