Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role involves managing a diverse book of business, including accounts in construction, contracting, and other industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually (with potential for higher compensation based on experience and book size)
  • Incentives: 20% commission on new business

Responsibilities

  • Manage a Colorado-based book of business, servicing accounts from start to finish (A to Z)
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers
  • Protect the best interests of clients and partners
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and account details

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • Experience: 3-5 years of commercial agency experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Epic software is a plus
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with the ability to plan and execute tasks effectively
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and energy
