Commercial Lines Producer – Mid-Market - Remote

Key Responsibilities

Generate new commercial lines business through networking, referrals, and prospecting

Develop and manage a mid-market commercial book of business

Work with a broad range of industries (generalist approach), with notable activity in contractor-related accounts

Collaborate with internal service and account management teams to support client retention and growth

Maintain strong carrier and client relationships
Ideal Background
-
Active P&C license
-
2+ years of commercial insurance production experience

Proven ability to generate new business or a clear plan to do so

Existing book of business is a plus, but not required

Experience in independent agency or captive environments welcomed
Compensation & Structure
This role is intentionally flexible and tailored to the individual:

Open to commission-only, base + commission, or draw structures

Higher commission splits available for candidates bringing a book

Will consider buying an existing book of business
