Commercial Lines Account Executive
Job Summary
Seeking a highly experienced and motivated Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a team. This role is pivotal in managing and growing a portfolio of middle-market and large commercial clients, with a strong focus on property and real estate accounts. The ideal candidate will bring advanced technical expertise, exceptional client relationship management skills, and a proven track record in complex property risk placement. This is a hybrid position, requiring three days in the office per week.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $200,000 - $250,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, placement, and execution of complex property insurance and risk management programs for middle-market and large commercial clients.
- Serve as the senior client relationship manager, providing strategic consultation, coverage design, benchmarking, and risk mitigation guidance.
- Collaborate with producers, practice leaders, and carrier partners to develop innovative insurance solutions and maximize market leverage.
- Oversee renewal and new business strategies, including market selection, submission strategy, negotiation, and final program structure.
- Act as a senior technical resource and mentor for account management teams, ensuring high service standards and technical excellence.
- Provide executive-level claims advocacy, coverage consultation, and exposure analysis.
- Maintain deep expertise in property market trends, underwriting appetites, and emerging risks.
- Drive account expansion through cross-sell initiatives and consultative risk management strategies.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive commercial insurance experience, with a strong emphasis on complex property risk placement.
- Proven success in managing large, sophisticated middle-market and national accounts.
- Advanced technical expertise in commercial property coverage, policy forms, catastrophe modeling, and risk analytics.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to advise C-suite and senior risk leaders effectively.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
