Commercial Lines Account Executive
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in managing middle to large commercial accounts and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with clients, providing hands-on support and serving as a trusted advisor. This position offers a hybrid work environment, with opportunities for in-person client meetings and collaboration with a dynamic team.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 annually (transition to commission-based structure after one year)

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of middle to large commercial accounts with premiums of $100,000+
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
- Conduct in-person client meetings to build and maintain strong relationships
- Handle day-to-day servicing of accounts, including quoting new and renewal business
- Collaborate with specialized departments (certificates, claims, proposals) to ensure seamless client support
- Utilize software tools such as AMS360, ImageRight, Sagitta, WorkSmart, and Excel to manage accounts effectively
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: 5-6 years of generalist experience managing commercial accounts with premiums of $100,000+
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with AMS360, ImageRight, Sagitta, and WorkSmart
