Commercial Lines Account Manager - REMOTE

Location: PA - Remote
Compensation: Up to $85,000 + benefits

A well-established, growing independent insurance agency is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join its team. This role is open due to growth, offering the opportunity to step into a dynamic book of business and work alongside an experienced commercial lines team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a generalist book of commercial accounts (small to middle-market)
• Provide A–Z servicing for assigned clients
• Handle renewals (with marketing support provided)
• Develop a strong understanding of client operations and coverage needs
• Maintain relationships with carriers and internal producers
• Deliver responsive, high-quality service in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• 3–5+ years of commercial lines account management experience
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and coverage structures
• Experience working with carriers and producers
• Ability to manage a book independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Experience with EPIC agency management system is a plus
