Commercial Lines Account Manager
Overview:
A growing and reputable insurance agency is seeking a motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team. This is a hybrid role based in the Greater Philadelphia area, ideal for someone with experience working with social services and non profit clients.
Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts

Collaborate with Producers to service and grow existing accounts

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters

Analyze and assess clients' insurance needs, providing appropriate solutions and recommendations

Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
-
Handle policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
-
Assist with claims processing and resolution as needed
Qualifications:

Active P&C License required
- Demonstrated experience in commercial lines insurance, with knowledge of social services and non profit accounts

Familiarity with AMS360 or similar agency management system

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements
