Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Looking for a dedicated and personable Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM) to join a medium-sized, dynamic insurance agency. This role offers the opportunity to work on small to medium-sized business accounts, with responsibilities tailored to your experience level.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $55,000 – $80,000
Responsibilities
Depending on your experience level, your responsibilities may include:
- Servicing accounts, including renewals, quoting, issuing, and certificates
- Collaborating with producers to manage client needs
- Quoting new and renewal business
- Performing task-specific roles for entry-level candidates
- Utilizing EPIC by Applied software for account management
- Ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Open to all levels; 3–5 years of experience preferred for seasoned candidates
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred for experienced candidates; not required for entry-level applicants
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with EPIC by Applied software is a plus
