Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to maintaining and growing the book of business, which includes a diverse range of accounts, with a focus on contractors and construction. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in mid-market accounts, exceptional organizational skills, and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude. This is an in-office position, offering the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team of professionals.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage a generalist book of business.
- Provide full-service account management, including quoting new and renewal business, preparing presentations, and assisting with endorsements and certificates as needed.
- Collaborate with producers on renewal meetings and market renewals effectively.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service.
- Work closely with a team of Account Managers and Assistants to ensure seamless operations and client support.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience managing mid-market accounts and handling high-volume books of business.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Personable, team player, go-getter, multitasker, and problem solver.
