Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and supportive team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance who thrives in a goal-driven environment. You will manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, ranging from construction to manufacturing, and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to clients.

Compensation Package

Salary Range: $65,000 - $110,000 (depending on experience) + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

Effectively manage a book of business.
Handle a variety of accounts, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, garage, and manufacturing.
Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve departmental goals.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications/Requirements

Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience required. 3-5+ years preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is highly preferred.
Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
