Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and supportive team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance who thrives in a goal-driven environment. You will manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, ranging from construction to manufacturing, and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to clients.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $110,000 (depending on experience) + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
- Effectively manage a book of business.
- Handle a variety of accounts, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, garage, and manufacturing.
- Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve departmental goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience required. 3-5+ years preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong time management and self-management abilities.
- High energy and a flexible approach to work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
