Our client, a leading insurance carrier, is seeking a Senior Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster to handle complex claims in Idaho. COMPENSATION:
- Annual salary: $80,000 to $110,000/year (based on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of Workers’ Compensation claims adjusting experience; senior/complex claims handling strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Idaho Workers’ Compensation statutes and regulations.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Insurance designations (e.g., AIC, CPCU) a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a caseload of complex Idaho Workers’ Compensation claims from initial investigation through resolution.
- Ensure compliance with Idaho state regulations and statutory requirements, including EDI reporting.
- Evaluate coverage, set and maintain reserves, and negotiate settlements in accordance with company best practices.
- Direct medical management, return-to-work initiatives, and utilization of nurse case managers and rehabilitation resources.
- Collaborate with policyholders, injured workers, medical providers, and legal counsel to achieve timely and appropriate claim outcomes.
- Oversee litigated files, develop litigation strategies, and manage outside counsel when necessary.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior adjusters and contribute to team development.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to insureds, brokers, and internal partners.
