Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, including property, non-profits, and contractors. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in account management, a proactive approach to client service, and a commitment to excellence. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work one day per week from home.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: Between $80,000 - $85,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Effectively handle a book of business.
  • Manage all aspects of account management, including renewal marketing, endorsements, and client communications.
  • Quote and process renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of generalist experience in commercial lines account management. Preference for candidates with experience across diverse industries.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is highly preferred.
  • Work Style: Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, with one day per week remote.
