Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing small to middle-market commercial accounts, providing exceptional service to clients, and ensuring their insurance needs are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Compensation Package

  • Competitive salary range: $50,000 - $80,000, based on experience
  • Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Create insurance quotes and shop renewals for small to middle-market commercial accounts
  • Issue insurance documentation and process policy changes accurately
  • Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely follow-ups
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation for all accounts
  • Collaborate with an administrative assistant to streamline routine tasks and enhance client service focus
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through personable and professional communication

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
  • Minimum of 5 years of prior commercial service experience
  • Familiarity with AMS360 software is preferred but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role
