Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned book of business consisting of standard personal lines accounts ($5,000 - $20,000 in size).
- Provide exceptional customer service, including handling client reviews and addressing inquiries.
- Manage policy renewals, quotes, cross-sells, and rewrites.
- Collaborate with assistants to ensure seamless account management.
- Utilize Applied EPIC software and rating tools such as EZLynx to manage accounts effectively.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role within an independent or captive insurance agency.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software and familiarity with EZLynx rating tools.
- Work Environment: Must be available to work onsite, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Other Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple carriers, and a customer-focused mindset.
