Job Summary
Seeking dynamic and entrepreneurial Producers to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking organization that combines the agility of a specialty agency with the resources of a large national firm.
Compensation Package
- New Business Commission: 40% on new business.
- Renewal Commission: 25% on renewals.
- Validation Bonus: 15% on all new business until validated.
- Equity Opportunities:
- Earn equity (first dollar, non-diluted private stock) upon validation.
- Additional stock offered at the $500K revenue mark.
- New hires can purchase stock after their first year.
- Validation Criteria: Achieve 3x salary in commission to validate.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of upper-mid market accounts, targeting revenue between $50K–$500K.
- Leverage industry specialization (e.g., D&O, Cyber) to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through fearless and strategic B2B sales efforts.
- Collaborate with mid-level producers and support staff to build out accounts and achieve revenue targets.
- Contribute to the growth and expansion of the Philadelphia office, aligning with the company’s long-term vision.
- Work closely with leadership to drive regional and national growth initiatives.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven track record as a successful producer, with experience in upper-mid market accounts.
- Industry specialization in areas such as Construction, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, D&O, or Cyber is highly desirable.
- Strong B2B sales skills with the ability to open doors and close deals.
- Bachelor’s degree and formal sales training are required.
- Candidates with service or wholesale backgrounds will be considered if they demonstrate strong sales capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for success and a collaborative approach to team building.
