Compensation Package
- Salary Range:
- Entry-Level (Beginner): $65,000 - $70,000
- Mid-Level (3+ years): $80,000 - $95,000
- Senior-Level (7-10 years): $85,000 - $120,000
- 401(k): Yes

- Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in-office; Wednesday and Friday remote). Onsite training may be required depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of middle-market and large commercial accounts, including manufacturing, distribution, construction, and property accounts.
- Handle all aspects of account management, including quoting new/renewal business, reviewing quotes, preparing proposals, invoicing, premium financing, policy summaries, endorsements, contract reviews, and audit questions.
- Collaborate closely with producers, account executives, underwriters, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, to analyze and manage data effectively.
- Attend client meetings and interact professionally with clients and underwriters.
- Provide support for certificates of insurance (COIs), auto ID cards, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and client-facing skills in all interactions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Texas is required.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a focus on large accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, is essential. Familiarity with AMS360, ImageRight, and email systems is preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with middle-market and large accounts, particularly in energy, manufacturing, distribution, construction, and property sectors, is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
- Client-Facing Skills: Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills to interact with clients, underwriters, and team members effectively.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
