Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, including all lines and coverages.
- Handle daily client service tasks, including renewals and policy management.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Senior Account Manager for marketing efforts, with some desk marketing responsibilities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Utilize Applied EPIC software for account management and documentation.
- Work closely with the team leader and other team members to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in insurance are a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
