Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000 annually (depending on experience). Candidates managing a larger book of business may be eligible for up to $85,000.
Responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers with processing tasks and gradually take ownership of smaller accounts.
- Handle endorsements, certificates, renewal certificates, and audits.
- Stay organized and maintain clear communication with team members and clients.
- Support quoting for new and renewal business as needed.
- Work collaboratively with a team, including processors and Account Managers, to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain and manage activities to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3+ years of agency experience, preferably with mid to large accounts.
- Familiarity with managing books of business valued between $250,000 and $500,000 in premium.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.

- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Driven and eager to learn and grow within the role.
