Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 (up to $70,000-$75,000 for exceptional candidates) + bonus opportunities

- Work Environment: Fully onsite with potential for hybrid flexibility after training
Responsibilities
- Manage and retain a book of small business commercial accounts (BOPs, GL, WC, Commercial Auto) with premiums under $25,000.
- Handle daily customer service tasks, including endorsements, adding vehicles, and assisting walk-in clients.
- Quote new and renewal business as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client support and satisfaction.
- Utilize agency management software and rating tools to manage accounts efficiently.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Strong preference for candidates with Erie Insurance experience.
- Familiarity with Applied Epic or TAM software is a plus.
- Skills:
