Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in servicing and retaining existing business, supporting producers in developing new business, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will manage an assigned book of business, strengthen client and carrier relationships, and handle day-to-day account management tasks. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
- Service and retain an assigned book of business, focusing on middle-market accounts with premiums ranging from $25,000 to $250,000.
- Provide day-to-day account management, including quoting, underwriting communication, proposals, certificates, and onboarding of new clients.
- Prepare and deliver policies, endorsements, audits, and auto ID cards to clients.
- Handle re-marketing efforts as needed to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Pre-qualify and underwrite new business submissions in accordance with carrier and agency standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.
- Prepare and verify client billings, invoices, and certificates of insurance.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Education: Associate degree in Business or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Skills:
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and success-driven with excellent teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with EPIC software is preferred.
